Trump is surprising. He has many he is talking to. Bolton is one I liked because his philosophy of America first fits with me.
Trump has other power players in town that do not have much political prowess like Bolton.
He may just go with someone ready to go without all the baggage.
I like Bolton's direct, plain spoken style. However, he is dangerous on some things. He wants an intervention in Syria and an enforced no fly zone. That would mean shooting down Russian planes while still trying to depose Bashar al-Assad. We have no business getting into a war in Syria or over Syria.
