I looked at all the pictures of that place; I am not the Fire Marshall, but I would have had that place closed up and a “KEEP OUT, DERELICT BUILDING” sign posted on it.
Every city official, inspector and politician should be held personally responsible for the loss of life and sued into bankruptcy, then jailed for complicity.
