What do they do if they find a strung out junkie on the street like we used to have tons of before Giuliani?
Arrest? Kill? Give a warning? Just wondering.

I haven't seen any, so I just don't know for sure. There surely aren't any easy answers to this, but the COPs (common ordinary people) have been demanding solutions for a long time.

People may whine about how insensitive to druggies this may sound, but they'll change their tune once they experience the joys of druggies doing bad shit to them or their loved ones... and when they discover that the law isn't going to help them.
