Let’s just hope the unions don’t screw things up. There was a point in history where unions were needed, but some of them (not all) got greedy and stopped caring about the members and began running the unions like a business where only the union bosses prospered on the backs of their members.

I want made in America once again and I want a healthy and prosperous middle class but that can only happen in our people think for themselves.

Monterrey, Mexico is home to a very modern, low cost steel mill.
This is probably the major attraction.

Federal laws like OSHA, local labor laws on unemployment, workers compensation, and many others have made Unions obsolete.

The government regulated the most basic reasons for unions existence. Workers do not need unions any more.

The union got their members to agree to a cut in new employees wages 4 year ago when Rexnord threatened to move to Mexico. I am not in general agreement uions are needed but it worked back then
That agreement just expired
Rexnord is offering reduced retiree health benefits and $500 per person BS
Trump may not save this move but at least he will try
unlike the POS BO

From what I’ve seen, the unions are out for the unions and the senior workers and that’s it. The do not give a crap about the little guy or the worker without seniority.

Hell, they shut down the Hostess plant and celebrated the loss of all of those jobs. And the poor workers went along with it because they believed the lie that the union wanted to help them.

Sick, sad mafia.
