So over 60% of the Carrier jobs in Indiana are still going to Mexico?
This is the only source I`ve seen that reported that. They also claim the jobs saved are 800 rather than the 1,100 figure I`ve seen elsewhere, so I`m taking this article with a grain of salt until I hear more.
No. 1100 jobs are staying. Also Carrier will be investing $16,000,000 in plant and expects to be employing over 10,000 in next ten years.
I read the real number is 1,100 Carrier jobs are staying. I don’t belueve WSJ #s. Half a loaf is better than none.
