Right

But Sarah is prudent to remind new conservatives of the bedrock principles of a free republic.

And she is also prudent to remind Donald, too. Power is like heroin. You keep an eye on yer friends.and.

Go Sarah.

Sarah needs to remember that the American worker has not been working on a level playing field for a very long time. I’m all for libertarian thought, but how about bringing things back level before we talk about the government staying out of things. Companies have been rewarded for moving their jobs to cheap labor countries, talk about crony capitalism.

If we don’t have jobs in America, who is going to buy all the stuff these dummies are producing out of country?

I agree. It's policy not persuasion that will correct the current imbalance in "free" trade.

Companies, both domestic and foreign, need incentivized to locate and produce in America, but on a universal not an individual basis.

I'm willing to give Trump a pass on this and the potential Ford negotiations, after all, he's not in office yet, but in the long term we can't proceed on one-off deals.

I also agree that we need to keep a sharp eye on Mr. Trump to ensure he doesn't over indulge his autocratic tendencies.
