Uh, no. But all businesses in California pay the same in-state taxes, as do all businesses in Texas, though the rates paid and what gets taxed may be vastly different. That is what "equal protection under the law" means in a federal republic.
Trying to turn the taxation system into a "handicapping system" for specific businesses is one of the things that has turned taxation into a gigantic complex mess.
My own preference is flat rates.
If the taxpayers of the state do not object then what business is it of yours? It’s their money, their state, and their business. If they didn’t like it they would change things at the ballot box, and if it couldn’t be changed you could always move to a state that did things your way.
Because the Constitution says there are certain things the states may not do in interstate relations. It is the same reason that an interstate internet sales tax isn't allowed unless a multi-state company has a physical presence in the taxing state. The Founding Fathers understood why. You apparently do not. I'll trust their judgment over yours any day.
What is interstate about Indiana offering an incentive to an Indiana employer? I think you are the one who doesn’t get it. Whatever is not write not directly in the Constitution is left to the states or the people. Again, if you don’t live in Indiana it’s none of your business and if you do you have two choices, help to pass a law to change it or move to another state that agrees with you
Because it is offered only to one specific business....that makes it a bribe. If Indiana offers identical treatment to other Indiana businesses or even other Indiana companies in the same business, it would be legit. But it isn't.

No, but the Constitution applies to where I live AND in Indiana. Bribes to specific companies fail on two different Constitutional issues...1) equal protection under the law, and 2) unfair interstate commerce. The first applies if the specific company is domiciled in the state offering the bribe. The second applies if the specific company is domiciled in another state.
What happens within Indiana is NONE of your business. Who are you Bernie Sanders?
Sorry, dude...but that idea was rejected definitively back around 1860, and reaffirmed many times since. On certain questions, what happens in Indiana "is" my business. The Constitution sets out what those are.
Really, and what does the US Constitution have to say about how Indiana utilizes the state taxes, I must have missed that part.
See "..regulate interstate commerce..." and court decisions on same. And yes, actions taken completely in one state "can" impact interstate commerce, and is so held by Supreme Court decision.
