The arrest of Father Linton is an outrageous violation of his First Amendment rights, stated Allison Aranda, Senior Staff Counsel for the Life Legal Defense Foundation...”
I believe that is an understatement. Where is the outrage?

Father Linton, an Anglican pastor, was standing on a public easement offering incoming mothers and fathers alternatives to abortion and praying for them to change their minds. I suppose now that all of the violent crime has been eliminated along with thefts and robberies, cops now turn their idle hands to charging people on public access with trespassing with intent to pray for somebody.

So, burning the US flag is free speech, but praying isn’t. Definitely something wrong here.

Since the so called offence took place on a public easement you would think even a newbie public defender could get the charges dropped.

I think of Anglicans as just like Episcopalians, but with spine.
