Now 1000 jobs....means 1000 (probably 2500) people going to lunch, driving to work, buying gas, buying food and clothing, paying local and state and Federal taxes.
Hard to find the loser in the mix except Mexico.
Each payroll dollar from those 1,000 jobs will generate about $8.00 into the economy.
Assuming $30,000 average payroll, that would put roughly $240,000 x 1,000 or $240,000,000 PER YEAR into the economy.
