I know this is a Christian conservative forum but I so want to curse over this issue. Non stop obscenities.

In the first day of recounting, Hillary gained 1 vote. The recount will be finished in 12 more days. At this rate, Hillary will win the presidency in 74 years

Such lazy people...the information is all out on the internet if they would care to do their research.

First, WI uses paper ballots in the large urban areas, such as Dane and Milwaukee counties where these morons think vote fraud is most likely to have occurred (it didn’t).

The paper ballots that are now being recounted are run through an optical scanner. Here is the one in use at all Dane and Milwaukee County precincts:

http://www.essvote.com/products/13/1/Digital-Scan-Tabulators/ds200%C2%AE/

In rural less populated areas that don’t justify the optical scanner and for “accessible” voting, they use machines like this:

https://www.verifiedvoting.org/resources/voting-equipment/sequoia/avc-edge/

Read the description to understand how the smart card prevents multiple votes and other safeguards that are part of this system. Every electronic voting machine creates a paper record for audit and recount purposes. THe VeriVote printer displays a hardcopy only visible to the voter if desired so he/she can make sure their vote was entered correctly. Why these features are never described correctly by the hacking conspiracy theorists is a mystery to me.

NONE of these machines are connected to the internet.

Totals are communicated to the state election commission by telephone or fax.

There is no opportunity for “hacking”. Machines are tested and verified by multiple people before use. Of course there can be misreads - ballots that the machines can’t read - which will show up as undervotes (i.e. no vote for any candidate. These can be caught by a hand recount but since the statistical probability is the same that the machine won’t be able to read a ballot for Trump or Clinton, the undervotes should fall to approximately the same ratio as the overall vote split.

The Dane County clerk should have run the machine recount first, which would take 2 days. WHen it produced the same result that would have been it, so obviously they are doing the hand recount for no other reason than delaying the inevitable.

A complete listing of every machine in use at every Wisconsin municipality can be downloaded in pdf form here:

Guaranteed that much of those millions she is raising will be used as “incentives” to those involved in “counting.”
