I don't know but then, I've always wondered why cities that declare themselves sanctuary cities aren't legally liable for the actions of illegal alien criminals they are protecting in violation of the law. A few cities getting sued for millions of dollars repeatedly would solve that problem pronto.

I live about 10 miles from Chicago. I hope that, on Jan. 23, Trump will tell ICE to send more agents to sanctuary cities, since they can find, arrest, and deport more illegals in those cities, compared to cities where the police departments already help ICE catch illegals.
