I presume by ‘broken’ they mean “no paperwork to find, back-track and then deport”.

We need to request an audit of the unaccompanied “minor” “children”. One, to verify their origin. Two, to verify their destination - did all children end up with family, still being held, “disappeared” after atending “pizza” party, etc.
