Probably trying to get you to need "closure".
Even in a b-school consumer marketing class, I didn't necessarily get what the prof considered "good" [print] ads that were of the "need for closure" style.
No wonder I don’t understand the commercials - I didn’t know my need for closure. What the heck is that? I understand when one breaks up or divorces or dies but closure on a product? I don’t get it.
