Is the strategy being exposed that they desire to appeal the matter to the SCOTUS?

I guess that would start at the Mich. State Supreme Court. Anyway, all of this for an asterisk?

With scotus being split, I suspect they are trying to get a lower court decision favorable to them appealed to scotus, which would ( in their plan) uphold that lower court decision

They are trying to use the judiciary to overturn somehow

Just like they did in 2000

This battle is a bit tougher, since there are three states instead of just one

He filed with the state appeals court. He also filed a motion with the state Supreme Court to expedite any appeal coming to them. The State wants this to end now.
This is a liberal tactic to slam the states door on the electoral college shut and disenfranchise all of the states voters.
Silencing and destroying the opposition is what liberalism is all about.

Mi Supremes are 5 Rs to 2 Ds. And the two seats that were up in the Nov 8 election were both Rs. Both were re-elected, so no lame ducks.
