Here's something I don't understand: Doesn't Ellison represent a Congressional district that is somewhere around 70% white? What kind of a track record does he have if he can consistently win in a district like that?

Trump strategy to win, first come for the unemployed whites that Obama ignored, then come for the Christian voters Obama took away their religious freedom from. Then come for the Jews who are still in denial that a party which run by Obama showed such disrespect for Israel and would pick an anti semite like Ellison is still a friend of Jews and keep voting for them by 80 percent. Trump will switch many Jews.
Finally Trump will come and get 35 of the black vote who will see that somehow a white billionare from Queens does more than talk like Obama. Trump is a man of actions, and they really have nothing to lose by backing Trump for Obama let a generation of young blacks without jobs or good education while he played golf.
Actually, I think Imam Ellison is PRECISELY the right man to lead today’s Democrat Party!
