Yeah, elections have consequences. Nevada gun owners will get a reality check when they find out what hoops (and money) they will have to jump through when bequeathing grandpa’s or ole dad’s guns to their heirs. It will be a good test case for the rest of the states to observe should they feel inclined to be so stupid.
Are guns registered? If not how do the federalis know if I sell a gun to my neighbor or give it to my kids? Politicians should never pass laws they know the people will ignore.
