Good morning hoosiermama and all you wonderful deplorables on the TTTT. It is very cold here in the mountains of AZ with a 30% chance of snow. The wind has been brutal, haven't been able to go on my daily walk as wind kills by head. Today is the 75th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor. There are about 2000 WWII veterans still living. The Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzō Abe, will be at the remembrance at Pearl Harbor today. The 1st time their top dignitary will attend. Too bad Obummer will be there too.

Good morning Gran. That is lobster. ;-) Trying to compete with the $5,000 breakfast.

Trump will attend a fundraising breakfast Weds in NYC, per spokesman Sean Spicer. Tickets for event in Midtown are $5K each, per @kevcirilli

Oh,I remember now that you were told you had to compete with the $5,000 breakfast.

I’ll bet yours is much better than theirs.

Those fancy places serve food on a plate that you need a magnifying glass to see.

Morning LG!

The Latest: Federal Judge Sets Hearing on Michigan Recount [for 10:30am Wednesday]
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3502264/posts

There were several threads on the MI recount over the past few days. I tried to read through at least some of them. This mess got rather confusing. One poster (who I can’t find now - should have bookmarked it), broke it down as follows (don’t know if this is true, so don’t quote me, but it does make some sense):
The Fed Judge did not rule on the merits of the case, rather only that the recount could begin on Monday instead of waiting until (Tues or Wed - can’t recall which)

The MI Appeals court yesterday said that Stein was not aggrieved (e.g., had no chance of winning) and basically said that the Fed Judge (Obama appointee) “should” have followed MI law and reconsider his ruling.

Some think the Fed Judge will defer to the ruling of the MI Appeals Court.

Fingers crossed and prayers up that the shenanigans in MI end today and they get on with certifying the MI vote.

Good morning to you, SC.

That Fed. judge needs to be removed from the bench.

He can be impeached for not following the law, can’t he?

US Dist. Judge Mark Goldsmith is a partisan hack!!

NBC pushing on the Secretary of state question, focusing on Romney. Trump says Romney is still on the list. Lauer asks if Trump is string Romney along as revenge. LOL. As if Trump would admit that on the air, if true.

Lauer asks about the AF-1 Boeing comments. Trump says he is negotiating with Boeing over price. Lauer wonders if Trump was motivated by Boeing comments critical of Trump's trade policy, and the price of AF-1 was a front for the real issue. Lauer tries to assert that Trump unnerves business and tries to move on - Trump interrupts, that is the WaPo talking, and see the stock market, business isn't unnerved.

Definitely a hostile interview.

Lauer wonders why Trump's sale of stock wasn't known before now. Why did you sell in June? Because I thought I would win. Lauer wants to know why the sales weren't news back in June. Ask yourself, Matt.

Giving Trump grief for attacking people using Twitter, and isn't it a sign of "trouble" that you can't break yourself of this habit? You are picking fights. Trump says it is more honest that reporters.

Lauer says "on a light note" wouldn't it be easier for you to stop watching SNL than to watch it and complain about it?

Trump says he thinks of the Time cover "divided states" is snarky. He says he has a good relationship with Obama, and he thinks Obama wants the best for the country. Trump and Obama have discussed appointment choices, and Obama has agreed with some of the picks.

Trump did great in this interview. Lauer is an ass. Back to METV!
