We need Trump to push for true voter reform so that people like Jill Stein and Hillary Clinton can rest easy and know that 2020 will be a fully honest election. I’m sure the Democrats will support Trump’s efforts to cleanup the system.

This is pretty much what I’ve said since the day Stein started. Nothing but a fund raising scam, Hillary is behind it.

ClearCase, you forgot the issue without which a recount is pointless - paper ballots. Every European nation except, in some elections, Belgium and France. Germans took the paper ballot issue to their supreme court, which confirmed the claimant’s charge that electronic voting virtually eliminated representative government. Britain would not have passed Brexit without paper ballots, and required voters to deposit their ballots in the precinct in which that voter registered, and limited voting to the day of the election. No mail-in votes. No electronic voting. Even Mexico has returned to paper with counts in and by precinct volunteers who watch their peers, and place ballots in a translucent container visible to everyone in the precinct. Without paper there is no audit trail. Scanners, touchscreen, nothing computer controlled can provide a trustworthy audit trail. Our parties, both of them, have eviscerated what potential for auditing we used to have, made audits of the software doing tallying inaccessible using patent law arguments, and in Calizuela, forbidden any questions about citizenship, allowing mail-in ballots of hundreds of “voters” all using the same residence or post office box.
Also a thumb print on every voter’s registration card and signing under penalty of perjury that they are a citizen, are not under conservatorship, haven’t had their voting rights curtailed in any way, and aren’t registered to vote in another state.
