"Mexican officials are helping some illegal immigrants reach the U.S. Thousands of Haitians who have been living in Brazil and Chile since the 2010 earthquake in their home country have streamed north this year, and Mexican authorities issue them 20-day travel permits — enough time to cross from south to north and reach the U.S. border, where they can demand asylum."

[ Border Patrol agents warming burritos ]

Ah, under Obama the Manchurian Candidate, the U.S. Border Patrol has become nothing more than Taco Bell.

No matter whose they are, children need to be cared for. Once the WALL is in place, they’ll be cared for on their own side of the border. In the meantime, give them the memory of a kind interaction. That memory may serve us well in the future. Or not, but it is still the right thing to do.
