Trump should just cancel any regulation that was made after the election took place....If Obama was smart and wanted to keep them on the books he should consult with trump before signing anything creating regulations.
Why stop at since the election?
Erase anything not approved by congress.
Ask for s Congress critter to introduce a bill to erase anything passed by Congress.
