Well years back, Obama did make mention of 57 states being in the Union so yeah, faithless electors from Madagascar are not out of the question.
I never tire of pointing this out. There are obviously not 57 states in the Union. But there are 57 member states (nations) in the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.
Quite the coincidence, eh?
