Cut federal funding like student tuition assistance, research grants, etc. These folks like the big city mayors are acting as if Hillary won.
Take away ALL their Federal money. Every DIME. $$$$.

Correction: Come to California illegally and claim financial hardship: no tuition and good chance that with various state and federal programs you’ll be driving a new Lexus, uninsured of course. Oh, don’t forget that state issued driver’s license with which you can vote and cash your various welfare checks.
How many federal tax dollars taken from productive Americans go to the University of California each year? I would be thrilled to see US do this, and all those dollars returned to their rightful owners.
