Yes, BBQ would do well there, mainly because of the very high ceilings in that restaurant. Look at the photo. I would think the same high ceilings would drive up the heating costs during winter months though. Perhaps that was a storage or manufacturing facility a long time ago.
don’t forget to use the word “creative” in the name. Always a creative name for a restaurant.
