It started in Chicago when the projects became home to national gangs. The gangs still live quite well in the black neighborhoods

That cannot be so. Chicago Mayor Jane Byrne lived in the projects to prove they were safe.

Of course, she had a dozen armed body guards 24/7.

I can see not much has changed since this story in September, at which time Chicago had more homicides than New York City and Los Angeles combined. Over two a day? In any normal city they'd have the National Guard deployed by now.

And I bet you a dime if you pull up their recidivism rates they are higher than the national average which is nearly 70%. Memphis, is the crime capital of TN, Penal Farm is 85%, this is a 11 month 29 day facility, serve rate is 30%. State last I tracked was 58% with blacks serving 6 months less time, serve rate unless you fight parole hearings is 30%.

Each state is different. As is each city. Those under total dem control are the worst.

Chicago! a city I once lived in and knew fairly well. It was dangerous then: I cannot imagine what it is like now.
