Lie detectors don’t work on full blown sociopaths or those from a culture that has lying as a cornerstone of their faith. No guilt, no stress, no physio changes for instruments to pickup.
I agree. As a first step, while making it clear we know there will be false negatives, it will send them a message.
The larger plan should be be an extensive, covert investigation of these individuals.
