If she dies before a trial, all the other ‘swamp critters’ in Congress will blame her and walk scot-free. If she remains alive during trial, it is harder for the other creatures to blame her, as she also has dirt on them. If she dies, the ‘swamp’ won’t be fully drained. If she goes to trial, chances are that the ‘swamp’ gets drained more fully.
