To: Freedom of Speech Wins

This only stops the recount in Philly. The statewide court hearing is Monday.

I find it interesting that the judge offered no explanation of his ruling. I have to wonder if that’s something of an insult. Something like “I don’t feel a need to explain myself to people too stupid to see that this lawsuit was DOA.”

There’s over 3,000 precincts statewide. Only a handful got petitions submitted for a recount. There will be no statewide recount. One article described so-called petitioners leaving when they would not provide the required $150 fee for each of them.

I don’t see the ruling in Harrisburg being any different than this one. I expect the hearing in MI tomorrow will have another bad result for Ill Jill!!
