Kill the filibuster for good. It is not in the Constitution, it is merely a self imposed debating rule.

Harry Reid killed it. You can take it to the bank that if the Dems ever control the Senate again they’ll ditch it on all appointments (including SCOTUS) AND legislation.
Any Republican who does not recognize this FACT and reacts accordingly is committing political suicide.
