You ask a very good question.
As the article said, “mainland experts might (also) take time to examine the vehicles”.
What exactly makes these vehicles worth ten times the co$t of a Ukrainian built BTR-4?
They appear to be 8-wheeled armored cars, which the Germans were building in WW2. Why they would cost $9 million is beyond me, but I’m sure the army would have a good excuse.
