Now if the grounds keeper at his favorite golf course got shot, that would be different

I mourn for the police officer while at the same time scorning the major West Coast cities like Tacoma for their far Left policies that lead to much of the out-of-control problems we see in our country these days.

My wife was commuting by bike through that area at the time to a cacophony of sirens.
The (black) woman who owns the house where the suspect was staying had this to say:
“I don’t want to hear anything about black lives matter, because all lives matter. I want to say the Tacoma Police Department handled this matter with such professionalism... despite one of their own being shot,” she said.
