This is a big one. The DREAMers could’ve been legalized years ago, but they were kept as the bait for “comprehensive immigration reform”, i.e. total amnesty. Then Obama went extralegal and attempted to legalize them, but via EO, which means nothing. But now they’re facing down Trump and all of their names are in the database, thus instead of being the most likely to stay, now they’ll be the first to go. Hopefully there are 41 Senators who will stop this.
Agreed. But if it's not stopped in the Senate, it will for sure get stopped in the House. If by some miracle, it passes the House, Trump will veto this in a New York Minute.
