i’ve been referring to soda pop as “diabetes water”, think i’ll start calling sugared breakfast cereal “diabetes flakes” or “diabetes flakes for tykes”.

I saw a show on TV awhile back that had recommendations for how to eat healthier. A couple of the recommendations that I remember are 1) Avoid foods prepared in a factory, and 2) Avoid foods advertised on TV.

In my family, we don’t even use the word “cereal.” It’s breakfast candy.
