No, this was in Texas. it's just an example of something that is becoming increasingly common. You tube is
full of similar such videos. It's gang related activity for sure and I think a lot can be gleaned from that little video if you really think about it.
here's more of that particular video. Observe: multiple felons, all black, engaged in organized felonious behavior and
obtaining a large number of high powered weapons. Lots to think about right there.
