Democrats think racking up the vote total in California means anything to the other 49 states.
Well, so much of the entire U.S. population is all focused there in California. But the constitution was not meant to address the entire national population, it was supposed to give voice to all states, especially when states like Rhode Island were scared back then of being bullied by larger states like Virginia and New York.
