Anyone here who is not a citizen and hasn’t gone through the entire LEGAL IMMIGRATION process is here at the DISCRETION of the US government and IT’S PEOPLE. EVEN IF THEY HAVE A VISA!

How the laws should be and how they are are two entirely different things.
The way it is, is that non-citizens, with very few exceptions, are protected by the Bill of Rights.
That’s free speech, that’s right to bear arms for legal non citizens, that’s 4th-6th Amendment Rights.
