While the “judge” just had to throw her own two cents into the mix, it’s encouraging she didn’t try to overreach - presence of Trump’s legal team may have had an effect.....(that’s for those who think Trump’s been sitting on his thumbs during all this crap).

Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn said Stein’s experts couldn’t present “clear and convincing evidence” that Wisconsin voting equipment was compromised, only that it was possible.

Stein's team has the same "evidence" to present in MI and PA. We have one Judges opinion now on the veracity of the the evidence.

This case also shows the risks we face.

“A hand recount is the gold standard, it’s the best we can do. I don’t think there’s any dispute to that,” the judge said, and she noted there’s no difference in cost to taxpayers since the campaign pays for it. “However, it’s not the court’s decision to decide the best way… I have to do what the law tells me to do.”

The Judge wants to rule for a hand recount, but the law will not allow her to. In short, a liberal Judge in all likelihood. I would also suggest a machine recount is a WHOLE LOT more reliable than a hand recount.

Trump should announce that this election highlights the need to ensure “election integrity”. He can then carry out a plan to review and modernize the federal election system. The overhaul will address both Democrat and Republican concerns (maybe have Manchin sit on an advisory panel or something) but the centerpiece will be voter ID and reforming voter registration.

I don’t think this recount effort is about over turning this election. I believe what they are trying to do is see just how much their own collusion, deception, illegal votes, created names, fraudulent ballots and all their slight of hand will be detected by an “official system”. Kind of like beta testing fraud to see what gets caught for future elections.

ALMOST EVERY DAMN ARTICLE.... I wish I was in charge of a major media company, first thing I would do is give every employee a basic grammer/speling test, and if you don't score 100% on it, you're fired.

“I will allow the 19 counties to do the recount the way they intended. I think everyone strongly encourages them to do the recount by hand, but it is there decision,” Bailey-Rihn said.
