If she was close, I could see it. She has no standing. She can’t benefit from this. She is not the party that should be asking for recounts.
All the states should have laws that forbid this sort of thing.
I would encourage all 57 states to implement them if they don’t already.

Wisconsin law gives every candidate the right to buy a recount, no matter the margin.
That’s too bad. Maybe WI legislature can change this law.
Would have to go through a few layers to get that far. If scotus would split, it would uphold whatever lower court decision was appealed to get it to scotus in the first place, I think.

No, just not all hand recounts. Some by machine and smaller districts will probably by hand. Still will go on unless Stein withdraws the petition.
And maybe that made sense years ago. In this climate of corruption and gamesmanship, I think it would be best to keep this limited to parties with a stake in the outcome.
Perhaps there’s a good reason for it. I could be persuaded with a logical opposing opinion.
