Newt Gingrich said Tuesday that President-elect Donald Trump’s biggest mistake since the election was his claiming without any evidence that millions of votes were illegally cast on Election Day.
"The president of the United States can't randomly tweet without having somebody check it out," Gingrich, a vice chair on Trump's transition team, told USA Today’s Susan Page during an appearance on the Capital Download video series. “I mean it just— It makes you wonder about whatever else he's doing. It undermines much more than a single tweet."
On Sunday, Trump falsely (sic) claimed that “millions” of people voted illegally, preventing him from winning the popular vote. A widely-shared article on the conspiracy website InfoWars, whose creator, Alex Jones, Trump has praised in the past, cited a non-existent report to make an identical bogus claim.

It’s a sad fact that 50% of American citizens don’t bother to vote. But among illegals, 99% of the ones who can even PASS for 18 flock to the polls for every election. 3 million illegal aliens voting for Hitlery would be a low-ball estimate. It’s probably twice that.
Gingrich just needs to shut up.
It’s like Newt goes for awhile thinking and saying all of the right things. Then, all of a sudden, bam! He goes all wonky like he needs the media to like him or something.

Thursday, Trump and Pence will be in Indiana at Carrier to announce a deal that will keep most of those 1,400 jobs Carrier wanted to move to Mexico, here in Indiana.
Also, the first rally of his Thank You America Tour is the same day at 7pm in Cincinnati, OH.
He is making America Great Agin and he is not even in office yet.
Gingrich is an attention you know what. Always selling a book or whatever. It cost him a spot in the Trump admin. No doubt.
Say it all the time, the biggest problem with Gingrich is that you never know which Newt you are going to get.
