Thy are trying to delay the vote of the Electoral College which is December 19, 2016. One way or the other they hope to throw the Selection of who is the President into the House of Representatives. Then, through blackmail and intimidation of the Republicans,Hilary will have a good chance of being selected.

Or, failing that, as one of her supporters said, they [Hillary supporters] will start a civil war and install Hillary in the White House. That option gets my vote.

I agree that it’s Hillary and Soros (most likely) but there is no way the Republicans in the HOR would cast their vote for Hillary. They, at last, have the opportunity to get something done after 8 years of being vetoed.
Additionally, talk of starting a civil war is just ridiculous. I wouldn’t put it past them to “find” boxes of votes, though. Don’t trust them at all.
