“Well, he’s actually effin wrong. The exclusions are the President and V.P.”

This is not the constitution. This is the words on the lease.

However, it is unclear that since he was elected after the lease was signed that he is totally obligated to end the lease.

Exactly....he couldn't enter into a lease NOW as an elected official but it does not mean he has to dump it either. AND he does NOT benefit as a result of being President. If the government was leasing from him...it would be a different story.

Go back to Washington and his canal deal.
