I’ve heard that California drivers licenses for non citizens have a “federal limits apply” stamp on them that indicates they’re not a citizen.
Anyone know if this is true, or how stringent they are on verification of citizenship status?
stamp on them that indicates theyre not a citizen.
NO it indicates they are an Illegal Criminal Invader, My Wife is NOT a Citizen, she has a Green Card, she is LEGAL. there is NO SUCH LIMITATION on Either her California or Arizona license.

Even if that is true, they are not required to show ID to vote, or to register to vote, so what does it matter?

CA resident here. They don’t check. No ID at the polls, no SSN required to register to vote. The system is designed to enable voter fraud and non citizen voting.
