” continually seeing the refs make bad calls at critical times which benefit the teams that the NFL WANTS to win.”

You see that too? I was worried that it might be just me.

I would have stopped watching, except I was in the stadium...

100 yds. in Broncos penalties was infuriating.

Mike Tirico left The Mickey Mouse Network and went to NBC.

They missed a good game then.

I missed the last 3 seasons. Didn't miss it.

I haven’t watched a game this year.

Neither have I.

Previous years I have seen 90% of games available. No more.

When the league brings Kaepernick and his friends to heel, I will watch again.

Same here. Although read right way right’s comment at #56

“Too many commercials. If I watch my team, I record it so I can skip ahead. I can typically watch a game in 1.5 hours.”

If I ever go back to watching, it is DVR all the time. A huge difference between 4 hour investment and 1.5 hour.

You would think that a guy who has scored as many touchdowns for the Steelers as Antonio Brown would be loved in this town. But his end-zone antics have been quite offputting to many.

Touch football is right. Twelve year old girls would make rougher tackles.

I think it’s a combination of things.
The product on the field isn’t as good due to bad QB play for many teams. Verizon allows you to watch the Sunday Night game on your phone and that may affect ratings. The matchups on Sunday nights haven’t been all they were thought they would be at the beginning of the season. The Kaepernic debacle and the fact that The Walking Dead comes on at the same time all factor in. You could also throw in the fact that Thursday night football has been terrible at best. I also think many fans are like me in that we only watch our team. I know I don’t watch unless my Cowboys are playing.

I’d release Kaepernick and any other player who takes a knee.

If I were the owner, I’d release.

If I were the coach, I’d assign them locker room duties.

Oh, they can make rougher tackles - but then a penalty gets called and they go to commercials...

Die-hard, decades-long Patriots and Dallas fan. Both teams have incredible win streaks going but I haven't watched two seconds of ANY nfl games this year and have no intention of watching any, including the worthless "super toilet bowl" "starring" the perverse "lady blah, blah".

The NFL, their SPONSORS, commissioner, owners, managers, thug-players and staff have continually chosen to side with "P.C.", anti-American, black-racist, hate cops, hate America, hate our nation's flag, hate our national anthem, hate our nation's service men, hate whitey, "Only Black Lives Matter", communist, leftist, anarchist lunatics over the NFL's America loving, American-citizen fan base.

MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF US FORMER nfl FANS HAVE GIVEN UP, AND WILL CONTINUE GIVING UP WATCHING AND SUPPORTING THE nfl ENTIRELY IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE nfl ACKNOWLEDGES ITS COLLECTIVE GUILT AND DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROBLEM AND THE SUBSEQUENT BOYCOTT; AND TOTALLY RECTIFIES THE SITUATION BY PENALIZING, PUNISHING AND REMOVING THESE HATE-FILLED, ANTI-AMERICAN, P.C., RACIST, PLAYERS, MANAGERS, COACHES, SPONSORS AND STAFF FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE nfl.

OUR CONSCIENTIOUS CHOICE TO HABITUALLY BOYCOTT THE nfl WILL CONTINUE TO GROW UNABATED, EXPONENTIALLY, UNTIL THE nfl AS A SPORT AND INSTITUTION EITHER PUTS THE ABOVE, PRO-AMERICA, ANTI RACIST, ANTI "P.C." ACTIONS AND POLICIES IN PLACE OR IT DIES DUE TO TOTAL FINANCIAL COLLAPSE!

BY THE WAY; Y E S, I AM YELLING BECAUSE THE nfl HAS DISRESPECTED, HUMILIATED, AND ANGERED AMERICA AND THE nfl's E N T I R E FAN BASE LONG ENOUGH! By your own actions you have "awoken a sleeping giant and filled him with 'terrible resolve'!"

Simply put: "WE'RE AS MAD AS BLAZES, AT THE ANTI-AMERICAN nfl AND ITS ENABLER SPONSORS AND WE'RE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!"
