If you want a polished CEO-type to reorg government agencies, there are plenty out there who do not come with Romney’s baggage.
Actually there aren't. Those kinds of CEOs are not polished, are not revered, and get paid a fortune to do what they do. Washington D.C. is awash in polished CEOs and that is a big part of the D.C. problem. They don't come to town to fix you. They come to town to sell to you, well, to sell to the Congress.
