Burning ANY flag is protected free speech.

It should not be outlawed. We should not follow the Left’s example of suppressing free speech.

On the other hand, stomping the crap out of someone burning the US flag should be punishable by a $1 fine and a free dinner.

Agreed. Especially on the last part.

I disagree strongly.

For me, the flag is like an embodiment of the living spirit America represents.

There is a limit to free speech. If you can’t revere your country, this isn’t the place for you.

And a lot of Americans hate the country they were born in.

That’s just a fact of life and we won’t survive unless we honor America.

I completely agree!

As for those of us who may not be up to the stomping of crap, may I suggest the always handy fire extinguisher for use on any object in the area?
