President-elect Donald Trump has selected Georgia Rep. Tom Price, a leading critic of President Barack Obama’s sweeping health care law, to head the Department of Health and Human Services, according to a person familiar with the decision.

Yes. Ideally in a truly liberty-focused administration, this Secretary of Health would stay in the post just long enough to dismantle obamaocare, and steadily cut cut cut until the last government "healthcare" job to cut would be his own.
Health care is a commodity, not a right, and not a rightful area of government.

Both the NYT and AP now referring to Price as “Mr.” and refusing to call him Dr.Price. Almost like they all received a talking-point message or something. Well, it’s Thomas Price, M.D., you knuckleheads. In my book, 10 years of med school & internship deserve the title “Dr.” Not to mention another 15 years in practice.
Good choice. Buy the point is IF approved by the senate.
Actually, Tom and a couple of physicians started up their own successful, privately-owned & operated, orthopedic surgical center. I would say you couldn't come out of that experience without knowledge of where the landmines are hidden.
So on top of being a surgeon, and Chair of the Budget Finance Committee, he was also an entrepreneur in the private sector.
