Did Hillary Clinton just squander her "get out of jail free" card?
Fox News ^ | November 28 , 2016 | Gregg Jarrett

Hillary Clinton has never played the board game, “Monopoly”. How do we know? Because even novice players learn quickly that you always hang on to a “get out of jail free” card. No matter what. . Clinton had such a card… and has managed to recklessly squander it. So what happens now? Will she draw that other dreaded card: “Go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $ 200” ? For Clinton, who could face serious criminal jeopardy, this is no game. Post-Election Rapprochement The night Clinton lost the presidency, she telephoned Donald Trump to concede. We now know that it was President Obama who persuaded Clinton to make the gracious concessiccon. Hillary Clinton’s decision to embrace a challenge to Trump’s election is both confounding and inexplicable. Why would she chance angering the very individual who holds her fate in his hands?

How can anyone be pardoned without a conviction? What would he be pardoning her from? She hasn’t even been charged yet.

A pardon from Obama would be laughable:
-pardon for any future charges of mishandling classified documents?
-pardon for any future charges of aiding and abetting foreign enemies?
-pardon for any future charges of treason?

Any pardon would be admitting she has committed these crimes before she is charged with them.

I can’t say that I have ever seen her demonstrate the genius which is attributed to her. Her public speaking skills are horrible and without the media to carry her water, I think it would be obvious that she is of average intellect at best.

It is my belief that pardons are for specific crimes. They are almost universally given post conviction. How would Obama tailor a pardon to cover all possible crimes?

You aint to bright if you think Hilary was a senator from Arkansas you need help talking all brave she carpet bagged a new york senate seat

It's isn't being "too bright." It's total DISINTEREST in her.

YOU can't even spell "too"--so you shouldn't be judging ME.
However, everyone has a lacuna in his life and YOURS is misspelling the synonym of "also" = too.

You obviously never learned grammar, punctuation, spelling OR how to write a complete, correct sentence either. Shame on you. No excuse for your ignorance.

Hillary’s health won’t allow a prison term
She wouldn’t make it through a trial

Ford pardoned Nicon for any and all possible federal crimes almost before Nixin was vack in San Clemente.

Well, the word Abracadabra comes to mind. I wonder if he needs a magic wand to go with that.

It does seem counterintuitive for her to participate in demanding a recount at this time. However it is not really if you consider that we are talking about a total narcissist who has never been punished for any of her criminal activities. She has gotten away with everything. She has had people in place for decades to support her and back her up. Look at all the people who they had to give immunity to in her inner circle. It doesn’t sound like any of them snitched on her. Of course, none wanted to go the way of Vince Foster. She still thinks she is invincible.

"Trump is operating on a different plane of existence."

Throughout the primaries, his opponents played Tic-Tac-Toe and The Donald played Checkers.

In the election the Hildabeast/Democrats matched his Checkers game so he switched to Chess.

Now they are continuing thinking that they can checkmate him, but The Donald has advanced to the Game of Go.

And they don't even know it happened.

I’ve always been curious as to what Hillary Clinton had on Daniel Moynihan. I know there had to be something, because they went inside and they talked and then he came out and semi endorsed her. He could not stand her and did not want to endorse so there was something there and I’ve never and able to find out what it was.

She could recuperate in a prison hospital.

Well, my ignorance is showing. Nixon was before my time and I was unaware that one could be pardoned prior to being charged with anything. I assume a president can only pardoned from federal crimes. I wonder if her emails reveal a violation of any state laws?

I say about four special prosecutors would be about right. Each with a staff of 60 attorneys, investigators and clerks.

As someone involved in “the business”, I wonder how Abracadabra translates into a legal defense.

If Obama is going to pardon her at all, she probably already has it in her back pocket. Nothing says it would be public until she needs to whip it out.

What the MSM has been pushing as some sort of “promise” not to prosecute her is meaningless. The President is not a prosecutor. The President is not supposed to INTERFERE with the prosecutions the FBI recommends and the AG pursues.
