We need worker IDs — e.g. Social Security cards. I hate paperwork, but employers need to check worker IDs for all workers and fill out the paperwork; and the government needs to make sure employers are checking and impose a huge fine if they are discovered to be hiring illegals.
With no (or little) work available for illegals, fewer would come here and the fewer undocumenteds there are, the fewer who would vote illegaly.

That brings up a completely different problem. How many verdicts are tainted because non-citizens were on the jury?
They need to rapidly deport as many as possible.
