I like “Fight,Kill,Win” better.
Or, "Draw, Aim, Fire."
Our community college had training from KY State Police last year with blanks fired to simulate actual gunfire(grown adult snowflakes wailed because it hurt their little ears) and KSP instructions were no longer lockdown and wait to die but, run, hide and fight.
A surprising number of pro-gun faculty/staff made their thoughts known on being sitting ducks to KSP and administration. Administration and liberal faculty was adamant you will be sitting ducks, no guns.
Our quick alert system is still a total joke. Last spring there was a report of a student with a gun made to administration. They were utterly silent. One administrator and a faculty member went around looking for the student and the pro gun faculty member pulled me aside and told me heads up. Turned out it was a knife. Administration is more afraid of bad pr than protecting lives.
For 2 yrs the director of safety has been going to run training drills for faculty/staff, still nothing. Our dept. finally made their own policies and we instruct our staff day one what to do, consider yourselves in your own.
