Trump has let his surrogates, many of them, from his campaign manager Conway, to Newt, Giuilini and Huckabee, all three wanting jobs in his administration, to blast Romney on national TV. Conway has not been fired. Without her there would be no president Trump. Trump gave them the green light to blast away on Romney. The ones wanting a job would not do it without his knowledge.

Trump could make Willard the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)--the same cabinet post that his father George held under Nixon.

Correct. Yet we don’t know what Trump’s purpose for these meetings with Mittens are. We do know Trump played 3d chess while the rest of the world is using crayons.
I trusted Trump enough to vote for him. I believe he knows what he is doing & none of the rest of us have a clue. In a few days he will pick a SoS & we will know SOMETHING. Till then, we know NOTHING.
I don’t know what Trump is thinking, or what deal RINOmney is offering him. My best guess is that Trump (hopefully) is playing RINOmney out of revenge. I mean come on, the guy is a Democrap operative who is going to work against Trump, he HAS to know that!

Trunp is way too smart for this crap head to be anything. I have ultimate faith in Trump.
Romney for all of his flaws is an outstanding “turn around” specialist from his Bain Capital days.
I would fully support him as the pick to head the VA. He would probably consider it beneath him and turn it down but if he were a patriot, he would accept it and do a good job for the vets.
