Following a pro-Trump outburst on a flight from Atlanta to Allentown, Pennsylvania, Delta Airlines has banned a disruptive passenger from flying the airline ever again. In a video of the event that went viral, the man is seen gesturing to other passengers, shouting We got some Hillary bitches on here? ...Its your president. Every goddam one of you. If you dont like it, too bad."
(snip)
While the man should certainly have chosen his words more... "tactfully", he did not accuse anyone of being a racist, a sexist, a bigot, a homophobe, a nazi, or hitler, and was - at least for now pending a potential recount - factually correct with regard to Mr. Trump being every American's president.

While Trump folks do need to stand up for him when possible, this outburst didn’t do our side any good. Now folks will link to this video to show what a Trump supporter is like.
The guy doesn’t represent my views.
I support Trump, but there is no way I would ever do something to reflect poorly on his supporters.
We can’t always do much, but we can keep ourselves under control so folks can’t point to us to trash our team.
Where is the Video of what circumstances led up to this guy ranting? Was he verbally attacked by a Hillary lover?
I will reserve judgement until I see what he guy was responding to.
It is assumed that he just stood up and started running his mouth for no other reason than to look like a jerk. I’m sure there is more to the story, there always is.
This incident is about an obnoxious drunk who should have been pulled off the plane before takeoff. It has absolutely nothing to do with his rants.
Wow!
It’s really bad when you get banned from Delta House!
Being banned from Delta is like winning the lottery. One of the worst passenger carriers around.
Fellow Freepers - remember Gerard B. Finneran? If not, look him up. In the meantime, here’s a reposting of my earlier comment:
As a retired Boeing 767 captain (and a Trump contributor), I can assure you that asshats are much easier to deal with on the ground than at 37,000 feet. Ive been there.
That guy would have been off my airplane in a New York minute, along with whomever set him off.
Disruptive Hillabeasts, Trumpistas, Loosertarians, Greens - whatever. GTF off my airplane.
I think he was drunk.
Banned for life? What’s next in your world? Death penalty for littering?
I say ban him for Trump’s first term.
Not me. I fly Delta every week, and will continue to. I don’t want jerks like this on my flights.
You must not fly Delta very often then. I think they’re a great airline
Delta is not so great anyhow.
But, this guy is an ass.
I don’t care if someone yelling on an airplanes agrees with me or disagrees politically, but yelling out vulgarity es and curse words on an airplane is not right.
I’d tell him to watch his mouth even if he was praising George Washington.
I have no issue with his statement about Trump but if he came into my business and started calling my other clients “bitches” I would send him packing. He can frequent another airline. But if it were my airline he would be banned for life.
Honestly, it has been a while. Used to fly three times a week. Now rarely. I don’t miss it. When i did fly U S Airways and Delta always seemed to be terrible. At least for me. Continental was the best.
Now Continental is part of United and I have no idea how any of them are.
The point for the passenger wasn’t the quality of the flight. It was whether or not there were Hillary supporters aboard.
I think the real point is that he was an A-Hole.
Assuming the reporting is accurate: I have no problem with the man being banned from the airline - as long as such a ban is part of the airline’s standard procedures for dealing with anyone who create such a disruption, regardless of the disrupter’s “message”.
I was on a Delta flight yesterday from Madrid to New York - I couldn’t help but take a picture of the wine they were offering. Check out my twitter:
